Director of National Intelligence James Clapper said the disclosure of an Internet surveillance program was “reprehensible” and it risks Americans’ security

Right off the top of my head I can only think of one American the disclosure puts at risk.. And it sure as hell could affect his job security and his freedom.  You see back on March 12, 2013, in response to a direct question

 

 

On March 12 Ron Wyden who sits on the Senate Intelligence Committee asked DNI James Clapper if the NSA collects data on millions of Americans. Clapper answer that no the NSA does not at least not wittingly collect info on American. In light of the report about the NSA collecting phone records from Verizon
