I know a lot of people who are loyal Limbaugh Fans. I’m not one of them. I have seen the abuse the left’s been throwing at him for years. In fact there have been many times when I’ve been accused of being a F#$!%(g $#@&%$ fan. By those “Civil” progressives.
Like most conservatives I’ve have become used to name-calling from the left, most of the time we consider the source and ignore it.
Conservatives are called every name in the book. I keep threatening to open up my spam files and posting a few hundred of the comments that got from various progressives. problem is I would have to contact my server and the sites rating changed to XX, possibly three Xs. That’s typical of the left.
I’m not going to try to justify Limbaugh’s comments, he’s been around long enough to know that there are limits to what you can get away with saying. However I see the left rushing to try and make a big deal out of what one person said. As far as conservatives hating women…………….. before I point something out about the makeup of the progressive movement

As Democrats decry Rush Limbaugh for his attacks on Georgetown law student Sandra Fluke and wring their hands about the lack of civility in public discourse, their leaders are waging an all out assault to smear Republicans as a crude band of misogynists eager to strip women of their rights.
Democrats are leveraging Limbaugh’s insult of Fluke as part of a campaign to raise money and appeal to women voters by charging Republicans with waging a “war on women.”
Cyber Fox sent me this earlier, it’s a piece by Kristen Powers in the Daily Beast–
Rush Limbaugh apologized on Saturday for calling a Georgetown Law student a slut for testifying about contraception and starting a firestorm of outrage. Kirsten Powers says the liberals who led the charge need to start holding their own side accountable.
Did you know there is a war on women?
Yes, it’s true. Chris Matthews, Keith Olbermann, Bill Maher, Matt Taibbi, and Ed Schultz have been waging it for years with their misogynist outbursts. There have been boycotts by people on the left who are outraged that these guys still have jobs. Oh, wait. Sorry, that never happened.
Boycotts are reserved for people on the right like Rush Limbaugh, who finallyapologized Saturday for calling a 30-year-old Georgetown Law student, Sandra Fluke, a “slut” after she testified before congress about contraception. Limbaugh’s apology was likely extracted to stop the departure of any more advertisers, who were rightly under pressure from liberal groups outraged by the comments.
Let it be shouted from the rooftops that Rush Limbaugh should not have called Ms. Fluke a slut or, as he added later, a “prostitute” who should post her sex tapes. It’s unlikely that his apology will assuage the people on a warpath for his scalp, and after all, why should it? He spent days attacking a woman as a slut and prostitute and refused to relent. Now because he doesn’t want to lose advertisers, he apologizes. What’s in order is something more like groveling—and of course a phone call to Ms. Fluke—if you ask me.
But if Limbaugh’s actions demand a boycott—and they do—then what about the army of swine on the left?
It’s very rare for me to send people to a site like the Daily Beast, this time it’s worth the trip… Read the rest, Kerstin Powers did great job
