Students’ winning rocket project named ‘Trump’

On Friday, the students of Victory Central Christian School Model Rocket Team in Charlotte, North Carolina met President Donald Trump in the Oval Office.  Their rocket named “Trump” was entered into this past Saturday’s Team America Rocketry Challenge in Plains, Virginia.

While commending these young geniuses for their exceptional creation, President Trump asked the students, “How did you come up with the name Trump?”

One of the students replied, “Simply because he conquers all.”

Unfortunately, the rocket did not make into the top-24 finalist category.  Nevertheless, the students of Victory Christian Center School ought to commended for their work.

Thanks to the President, they have some wonderful memories surrounding the competition.

Below is a shorter but clearer version of the video from WhiteHouse.gov.
