Fundamentally Changing America – Protecting the Right of Dead Folks & Illegals to Vote

Most of us suspect fraud played a big part in Barack Obama’s reelection.  We know there were widespread irregularities, districts with turnout percentages that are literally unbelievable and several places where were apparent attempts to suppress or not not count military ballots.

Dead People Voting

If Michael Bargo Jr. is even partially correct it may have played a bigger role than any of us suspected. In his well referenced article, How Chicago and Obama Globalized Voter Fraud he goes into Chicago’s long history of voter fraud.  Then he explains how the system that’s kept Chicago democrats in power for a century has been implemented nationally.

Chicago has a long tradition of padding its vote totals by placing homeless and deceased persons on its voter registration list. Jim Laski, who once served as the City Clerk of Chicago, second in power only to the mayor, noted in his book My Fall From Grace that fraudulent voters were registered to addresses that included cemeteries, municipal buildings, and taverns. The taverns, at least, are understandable: politically connected city workers spent so much time on bar stools the Board of Elections thought they lived there.

Other voters who had died or moved away were also on the voter registration list. Once again, the tendency for the dead to vote in Chicago can be easily explained: the dead cannot be expected to walk to City Hall and remove themselves from the registered voter list. Everyone in Chicago knows they can only walk as far as the local polling place. This tradition was verified in 1983 when the registered voter list was examined and it was found that 3,000 had either died or moved away.

Since 1985 Chicago has pioneered new ways to promote illegal immigration. After 1990 the illegal immigrant population in Chicago and the nation skyrocketed

How Chicago and Obama Globalized Voter Fraud

Before  before the election we found out there were serious problems with the voter registration rolls in a number of states.  Florida had concerns about many of the people on there voter roles..   From Non-Citizen Voters, Diluting the Rights and Privileges of Citizenship at the Center for Immigration Studies

  • Throughout American history, in keeping with established principles of national sovereignty, a bright line has been established by the Constitution between citizens and aliens with respect to the rights and privileges accorded to each, including the right to vote, a privilege reserved solely for citizens. The Constitution also apportions to the states the right to establish laws governing the electoral process for members of both houses of Congress. Yet some states have encountered resistance in attempting to verify the status of potentially ineligible non-citizen voters they have discovered on their registration lists.
  • In Colorado, 11,805 discrepancies were discovered between individuals who presented proof of alienage when applying for driver’s licenses, but who later registered to vote. Of these, many were resident aliens who may or may not have naturalized before registering to vote. But a significant number of other individuals who registered to vote were not even resident aliens and thus could not by law have naturalized. Colorado’s request for Department of Homeland Security (DHS) SAVE database information to positively identify individuals’ immigration or naturalization status was refused.
  • In Florida, state officials developed a preliminary list of about 180,000, later refined to 2,700 apparent discrepancies, which was sent to local electoral officials for further review and inquiry. It also was refused assistance from DHS. When the federal Department of Justice (DOJ) threatened suit, many counties declined to take action on the questioned names; but some counties pressed forward, resulting in identification of nearly 100 noncitizens according to media reports. DOJ’s lawsuit was dismissed in a federal district court, prompting DHS to agree to provide access to SAVE records. Despite the dismissal, DOJ has issued subpoenas for the records of those counties that were not deterred by the legal action.
  • The federal government’s denial of access to SAVE for vetting voter lists appears to have been in contravention of Title 8, Section 1373 of the United States Code, which unambiguously requires immigration authorities to respond to queries from other federal, state, or local officials seeking information relating to an individual’s citizenship or immigration status.

There is enough verifiable information about the 2012 elections that Conservatives believe indicate extensive voter fraud occurred. The Obama administration has bypassed Congress and used executive orders and regulatory power to undermine America’s immigration laws, that by itself is illegal. Eric Holder’s Department of Justice has issues the power of his office to attack states that have tried to comply with United States migration laws.

Eric Holder has spent a lot of time and taxpayer money trying to invalidate voter ID laws, if Bargo is correct in his analysis we know why.

It is time for the USS representatives to authorize and pay for an investigation into the possibility that widespread voter fraud, and illegal alien voting may have occurred in the 2012 presidential election.

An investigation of this sort as to be as far removed from political influence as possible.

Historically for this sort of thing Congress has a tendency to set up an investigative commission. Such committees are invariably made up of people with political connections, the political party in control gets to name most of the people involved.  That won’t work in an investigation of potential voter fraud, if one party or the other ends up being being named in a majority of cases of fraud is discovered everything will get blogged down in partisan politics when the results of the investigation are made public.

This requires an independent special prosecutor, with no particular political party affiliation, no history of being involved in political campaigns. The prosecutor needs the authority to recommend grand jury indictments and if appropriate make impeachment recommendations to the House of Representatives.

The American people have the right to be certain that our election process has not been globalized and the only people voting in American elections are living American citizens.

To do that, we need to make the penalties for politicians, political operatives and illegal aliens who engage in fraudulent voting schemes so severe that few, if any will risk the consequences…
