A Life Worth Living Meet — Avichai Kremer

How many of us look at problems in our lives and want to give up? How many Dr. will refuse to give treatment to patients like the young man in the story below, in the future? Under Mr. Obama people with disabilities will probably be denied medical attention because some board that has no real idea of their potential, will decide if their lives are worth encouraging. They will be telling Dr.s not to pay for their treatment and they will be encouraging the patient to consider ending their own lives simply because in their mind, these people are worthless. The young man in the story below shows that far from being worthless, his life is worth much more that many of those who will be sitting on the “death panel” that is a prominent ideal of Obamacare. This is just one of the many things that we must take into account when we vote in Nov. Please consider voting for life when you cast your vote. God bless!

After feeling numbness in his fingers, which made holding a coffee mug difficult, he was diagnosed with ALS – Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis — commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s disease, a degenerative condition in which muscles gradually atrophy, ultimately leading to complete paralysis. After nine years with the disease, Kremer is unable to move his arms, legs, or to speak. But his brain functions perfectly as does his brilliant mind, which he decided to put to very good use.
